Exchange / Refund Policy
If you're not pleased with your new purchase contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll gladly exchange it or refund the cost of the merchandise. We are a family owned company and value each and every one of our customers. We will "go the extra mile" to satisfy you. All products returned for exchange or refund MUST be in new condition - no exceptions. Returns will be accepted ONLY with a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by the Codet customer service department. You MUST contact us for return instructions before sending back the merchandise so that we can advise you of the RA number. No refunds will be given otherwise. Please note that we do not refund or credit the shipping and processing charges.

Flame Resistant Work Wear Policy
Codet Newport Corporation guarantees that a reasonable and representative test made under the procedure provided in section 4 of the Federal Flammable Fabric Act shows that the fabrics contained in our garments are not, under the provision of the section of the act, so highly flammable as to be dangerous when worn by individuals. LCL Supply Company is a retailer of Codet Corporation apparel and has not conducted any independent testing of the flame resistance of the fabrics. The purchaser of any flame resistant Codet product purchased from LCL Supply Company specifically releases LCL Supply Company from any liability related to fabric flammability. Your purchase of these products constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Privacy Policy
Big Bill Work Wear is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Big Bill Work Wear has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
